This feature should only be used on freeways in light traffic where it’s possible to drive at a consistent speed with plenty of space in front of you.

In addition to a theft-deterrent system, the Mazda CX-5 also has an engine-immobilizer anti-theft system, which allows the engine to start only with a key that contains the unique electronic code that the vehicle recognizes.
